Site Use License

Hook & Ladder Mentorship grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission.

Mentorship Information

All mentorship information, coaching guidance, and educational content provided by Hook & Ladder Mentorship is general firefighter hiring-readiness information. The information provided:

• •Does not constitute professional legal, financial, or employment advice
• •Is based on general industry practices and may vary by department
• •Should be adapted to your specific circumstances and local requirements

No Employment Guarantee

Hook & Ladder Mentorship does not guarantee employment, job offers, or selection in any fire department recruitment process. Success depends on individual effort, preparation, hiring competition, and department-specific requirements. Results vary by candidate and circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hook & Ladder Mentorship or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission.

Payments and Transactions

All payments are processed through Wix Payments and our secure paylinks. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate billing and contact information
• •Authorize charges to your payment method
• •Comply with all applicable payment processor terms

20 Person Hiring Accelerator™ Terms

The Accelerator costs exactly C$400 CAD. The purchaser may pay C$400 at checkout or select two automatic payments of C$200, with the second payment charged 14 calendar days after the first. The installment option has 0% interest, no financing fee and the same C$400 total.

• •The purchase covers the six deliverables listed on the Accelerator offer page and one selected department, employer or opportunity where a target is required
• •The private video-call session may be used for questions, general mentorship, interview practice, or a combination within the single scheduled session; direct personalized feedback is included for any interview-practice portion, but a written feedback report is not included
• •Delivery is scheduled individually after complete intake and does not have one fixed universal completion date
• •Work or delivery may be paused while an installment is overdue
• •No employment, interview invitation, ranking, recruitment advancement or job offer is guaranteed

Hook & Ladder Member Referral Reward

A Hook & Ladder Mentorship member may earn a referral reward when a friend purchases a paid Hook & Ladder mentorship program and identifies that member as the referrer.

• •The reward is 10% of the qualifying program price actually paid before tax and after any discounts or credits
• •A full-price Core Package referral at the current C$1,997 CAD price earns a C$199.70 e-transfer; if the package price changes, the 10% calculation controls
• •The referred purchaser must identify the member by full name and email within seven calendar days of purchase; one verified referrer is permitted per purchase and self-referrals do not qualify
• •The purchase must be paid in full and remain unrefunded when the reward is processed
• •Refunded, reversed, disputed or charged-back purchases do not qualify; Hook & Ladder verifies the purchase and referral before sending the reward by e-transfer

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• •Using our services in compliance with all applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hook & Ladder Mentorship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
